The Astrum Reputation Academy (TARA) provides tailor made professional and personal development opportunities to all our counsellors, senior or junior. We use a combination of external and internal experts with multi-modal delivery of the pedagogy. We partner with India’s foremost learning solutions consulting firm CHrysalisHRD to ensure that we provide best-in-class learning opportunities.
Astrum Young Leaders Development Programme
At Astrum we believe that our leaders of tomorrow must grow from within the firm and hence we created AYLDP, our learn-while-we-pay programme for post graduates candidates we recruit from campuses. The graduating student joins the firm as a paid full time ‘Associate’ and receives structured inputs, in class, via our e-learning platform and on-the-job mentoring finally graduating as a ‘Reputation Counsellor’ of Astrum after nine calendar months in the programme. This is the foundation we create in our young talent to build upon as they progress in their career with us.
The programme is currently under development with the first class graduating in 2016. The faculty comprises our senior leadership, external experts and our learning partners. The curriculum is being specially designed to explore the aspects science based reputation management, self-improvement & teaming, consulting and service skills amongst other interventions.
